Non-member reservations are available Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm
Members can book space according to their access times.

EVENT SPACE
Our Collaboration Space is available for business-related programming and events.
Featuring a MASSIVE 35-foot projector screen, the space is perfect for a wide variety of events.
Events are booked by Half-Day or Full-Day only and include chairs, tables, Wi-Fi, a projector, mics, lavaliers, and audio equipment.
Max Capacity - 120 people
Price: $500/hour, minimum 4 hours
Available: 9:00am-10:00am daily

FOOD & BEVERAGE
We allow outside and food and beverage to be brought to meetings and events, with the exception that reservation holders must clear out any garbage and traces of food and beverage. Please refer to staff for cleaning supplies and items such as extra trash receptacles and bags, etc. For extended requests and inquiries, email info@sandboxhawaii.org.
EXTENSIONS & OFF-HOURS BOOKING
Extensions are permitted if no immediately following reservations. Extensions can be made through the membership portal.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Reservation times must account for setup and breakdown times. The front desk is available for assistance with layout and set-up of space amenities. For extended requests and inquiries, email info@sandboxhawaii.org.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations of event bookings will require written notice at least 14 business days prior to the date of reservation. Any cancellations less than 14 business days prior to the date of a reservation, will forfeit any fees or deposits.
