Our Collaboration Space is available for business-related programming and events.
Featuring a MASSIVE 35-foot projector screen, the space is perfect for a wide variety of events.
Events are booked by Half-Day or Full-Day only and include chairs, tables, Wi-Fi, a projector, mics, lavaliers, and audio equipment.
Max Capacity - 120 people
Price: $500/hour, minimum 4 hours
Available: 9:00am-10:00pm daily

ID8 Studios (Creative Space)

FOOD & BEVERAGE
We allow outside and food and beverage to be brought to meetings and events, with the exception that reservation holders must clear out any garbage and traces of food and beverage. Please refer to staff for cleaning supplies and items such as extra trash receptacles and bags, etc. For extended requests and inquiries, email info@sandboxhawaii.org.
EXTENSIONS & OFF HOURS BOOKING
Extensions are permitted if no immediately following reservations. Extensions can be completed through membership portal.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Reservation times must account for setup and breakdown times. The front desk is available for assistance with layout and set-up of space amenities. For extended requests and inquiries, email info@sandboxhawaii.org.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations of event or room bookings will require written notice at least 30 business days prior to the date of reservation. Any cancellations less than 30 business days prior to the date of a reservation, will forfeit any fees or deposits.
