MINASA is excited to announce that we will be having a special collaboration kamayan dinner with Pusong Filipinx to celebrate the holiday season. The kamayan menu is prepared by Chef Maleko in a traditional Filipino style with a modern twist.

MINASA

MINASA is a food business in Hawaii that came from the Filipino term “mash” to pay tribute to the chef’s roots. Growing up, starting a food business has always been his vision and passion. After becoming exposed to the local restaurant industry, he took the opportunity to finally start. The idea behind MINASA comes from the aspiration to combine the different cultures that create Hawaii and share the experience through food. MINASA is a modern twist to Filipino food and reminds us to never forget where we come from, no matter where we are in life.
