About the Speaker:
Robynne Maii is a renowned chef from Honolulu. She owns the award-winning restaurant Fête and has a background in modern dance and English. She obtained culinary and pastry arts degrees before working at notable establishments in Honolulu and New York. Robynne has contributed to Gourmet Magazine, taught culinary programs, and won the 2022 James Beard Award for Best Chef in the Northwest and Pacific Region. She is the first Hawai‘i-born recipient in 19 years and the first Native Hawaiian woman to win a James Beard Foundation award.
