Co-hosting a panel featuring STEM professionals with a wide range of industry experience. Each panelist will share their professional journey as a STEM woman and how they overcame challenges to succeed in leadership positions, despite ongoing disparities faced in the workplace. We will also be featuring a guest HR specialist who will inform us on navigating salary/pay transparency updates in Hawaii.
